VILLA ARCO

Project overview:
Villa Arco takes its name from the gesture that organises it. The arch — repeated, varied, refined — runs from the stone-clad exterior into every interior room: the geometry holding the house together.
Outside, deep arched openings cut through warm stone walls, holding the garden close to the architecture. Olive groves, cypress, and bougainvillea echo Mediterranean proportions, a southern climate carried into the Dubai light. Inside, the same arches reappear — as windows onto the garden, as glazed thresholds, as the silhouette of a quiet alcove. Inside and outside hold the same shape.
Within, the architecture broadens into something more layered. Marble checkered floors, classical mouldings, sculptural lighting, and painted landscape murals turn each room into its own small theatre — held together by the calm of the frame beneath them. Every detail slows the pace, makes daily rituals feel effortless.
Villa Arco is a home held by one quiet form, repeated.
