The Vistas

Designed to attract golf sport audience and players, this urban proposal had a prime elevated location that enables a 360 degree of horizon sight. The inspiration behind this urban design was to instill the beautiful elements of the historical cities (the vista, the square and the narrow pedestrian street) in to the modern day city. By providing a 5 segments zigzag pedestrian street, we were able to distribute the different urban activities according to its need of being exposed/ to avoid the sun. The result was a mix between beautiful coffee shops that sees the sunset over a lively pedestrian street with sport brand shops on its sides, a cultural hub with a library and theater, offices that enjoys natural day light all day long, 5 stars hotel, motel and artists squares where people can enjoy outdoor activities with the maximum possible thermal comfort.
